CORPORATE EVENTS · PANERIŲ G. 43 Company parties in Vilnius
A company party in a former sewing factory in Naujamiestis, where the stage, the Samsung LED wall and the stage lighting are already installed in the halls. Choose one hall, the orangery with its courtyard or the whole centre, which holds up to 1,000 standing guests.
A company party venue in a historic building
The SAMSUNG Conference Centre is set in a former sewing factory – a historic building brought back to life. Its masonry has stood since the 1940s, the sewing factory began operating here in 1947, and Large Hall A has a 7-metre vault of 1947 wooden trusses with no columns.
The centre covers 2,650 m²: three conference halls and common areas that hold up to 1,000 attendees at a single event. It can host conferences, exhibitions, hackathons, training sessions, presentations and concerts, so a corporate event can combine its business part and the party in one building.
The centre is run by TechZity Events, and the building is part of Tech Zity Vilnius, a 55,000 m² campus for tech and creative industries in Naujamiestis. Around 5,000 professionals come to the campus every day, and it has 8 restaurants, co-living, a wellness and fitness club and four green courtyards.
Hall hire for parties in Vilnius
Large Hall A (470 m²) is the biggest of the three halls. A party here can be set at high tables, at dinner tables or with no furniture at all, and the capacity of each layout is listed in the table.
Medium Hall B+C (250 m²) joins two halls into one, with its own stage and LED wall, for a smaller group than Hall A.
Orangery + Courtyard D (390 + 300 m²) is the space for a party outdoors, while the full buy-out means private use of the entire building: every hall, the lounges, the restaurant and the courtyard are reserved for one event.
At corporate events, part of the centre can be given over to stands, installations or presentations and the rest to the party.
The table also lists the capacities of Lounge 1A (300 m²) and Lounge 2A (220 m²) at high tables and standing – they can host a welcome reception while guests gather before moving into the hall.
Stage, lighting and sound – already in the hall
Hall A has a 3 × 10 m stage built from 2 × 1 m segments (60–80 cm high) and a Samsung 2.5 mm LED wall (6.7 × 3.8 m) with AVoIP control. Up to six 65-inch repeater screens add to the picture, and an 8-speaker system delivers the sound.
The light show comes from 12 wash fixtures on a DMX controller and controllable RGB vault lighting, and the acoustics of the hall are tuned for concerts. For concert equipment, the centre has rigging points rated up to 500 kg.
Hall B+C has a 5.8 × 3.2 m LED wall, up to four 65-inch repeater screens, a 6-speaker sound system, 4 wash fixtures and a 3 × 10 m stage.
All of this equipment is built into the halls. When the whole centre is booked, DJs or musicians can get ready in the backstage rooms and the dressing room.
Company party ideas in our spaces
A cocktail evening in the lounges. The reception desk by the Samsung wall in Lounge 1A is the first stop inside, so guests can be welcomed there; the lounge also has a seating area by the windows, and the stairs lead up to Lounge 2A on the second floor. Up there you will find windows onto the campus courtyard and wooden trusses, and at the far end the doors to Hall A, where a sponsor wall and screens stand during events.
A dinner in Hall A. Guests dine at tables under the vault of 1947 wooden trusses, while the stage and the LED wall are given over to the evening programme – speeches, company videos or awards.
A party in the orangery and courtyard. The transparent-canopy pavilion by the factory building, about 10 m wide, glows in the evening, and the green courtyard comes with it for the party. Gastrolės offers barbecue, and Renginio partneris hires out outdoor furniture, umbrellas and festoon lights.
A programme on stage. On the stages of Halls A and B+C a DJ can play, a concert or a light show can take place, and the LED wall can show video content such as a company film or greetings from the team. For guest photos, Ink Idea can make a photo wall.
Catering, décor and planning – our partners
Catering is in the hands of Gastrolės, who have worked with Tech Zity for many years. For a company party they can provide buffet catering, a gala dinner, drinks and a bar, as well as décor, and coffee breaks for the business part of the event.
The concept, décor solutions and delivery can be handed over to 361 Forma, who coordinate the event from A to Z. Baltas Dažnis provides video projection, sound, lighting, music and technical service, while Konferenta supplies equipment including simultaneous interpretation booths.
Ink Idea offers stands, furniture and structures and produces scenography and graphics, while ARTi Production offers filming, editing and photography. Guests can stay at the partner hotel Corner Hotel in Naujamiestis, which has up to 150 rooms and is within walking distance.
In all, the centre works with 8 vetted suppliers, but you are free to invite others too.
What is included when you hire a hall for a party
When you hire a hall for a party, you get the event space, integrated sound, video and lighting equipment and 3 wireless microphones. The integrated sound system supports more channels – the number is agreed for each event.
The hire also covers an event coordinator, cleaning before the event, the common areas, the integrated advertising screens and the in-house furniture arranged theatre-style.
The inventory of the centre includes 800 chairs and 60 folding mobile tables.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests can a company party have?
With the full buy-out, a party can have up to 1,000 guests standing. Of the individual spaces, Hall A takes the most – up to 570 guests with no furniture – and the orangery with the courtyard takes up to 550 guests outdoors.
How much does it cost to hire a hall for a company party?
We prepare a proposal within 24 hours based on the date, the format and the number of guests. The integrated equipment, the event coordinator and cleaning before the event are already included, while catering and other partner services are chosen separately.
Can we bring our own event agency or suppliers?
Yes. Other event agencies can work at the centre at no extra charge. If you bring in a supplier who is not on the list of 8 vetted partners, a third-party supplier fee applies, covering the use of the kitchen, technical and storage facilities.
Can a company party be held outdoors?
Yes – in the orangery and the courtyard. The outdoor space has power points and rigging points, mobile outdoor speakers are available as an extra, and outside the summer season the pavilion hire is arranged per event.
How late can the party go on?
Events inside the building can run at any hour of the day or night. The acoustics of the building keep the sound inside, so a party in the halls does not disturb the surroundings.
Can we show company and sponsor content on the screens?
Yes. In Halls A and B+C, the Samsung LED walls and repeater screens show your slides, videos or sponsor logos. The integrated advertising screens are included in the hire, and with the full buy-out they are used for sponsor activations.
