Hall B – for seminars, training and presentations

Small Hall B (110 m²) is a compact hall for seminars, training and presentations: it seats 60 attendees classroom-style and 90 theatre-style. It is a seminar room with integrated video, sound and lighting equipment and its own stage.

Slides and video appear on a Samsung 2.5 mm LED wall (5.8 × 3.2 m) with AVoIP control, and two 65-inch repeater screens duplicate the picture. Sound comes from a 4-speaker system and Shure wireless microphones, while four wash fixtures with a DMX controller and RGB vault lighting take care of the light. The stage measures 3 × 10 m.

A mobile partition separates Hall B from Hall C, so the two can be joined into a single 250 m² Hall B+C. With the partition closed, B and C are two separate rooms, each with its own equipment.

Hall C – for presentations and intimate discussions

Small Hall C (140 m²) has a black-wall scenography and is designed for board meetings, presentations and intimate discussions. It seats 75 attendees classroom-style and up to 130 theatre-style.

The picture is shown on a 130-inch mobile Samsung LED screen with AVoIP control, meaning that sound and vision travel over an IP network. The hall has a 2-speaker sound system, Shure wireless microphones and RGB vault lighting.

For a larger group – Hall B+C or Hall A

When a training room has to fit more people, halls B and C are joined into Medium Hall B+C (250 m²), which seats 110 attendees classroom-style. It has a 5.8 × 3.2 m Samsung LED wall with AVoIP control, up to four 65-inch repeater screens, a 6-speaker sound system, Shure wireless microphones, four wash fixtures with a DMX controller, RGB vault lighting and a 3 × 10 m stage. Theatre-style it takes up to 220, which also makes it suitable for conferences.

An even larger audience fits in Large Hall A (470 m²), which seats 230 attendees classroom-style. Beneath a seven-metre vault of 1947 wooden trusses, in a room without columns, it has a 6.7 × 3.8 m LED wall, up to six repeater screens, an 8-speaker sound system, 12 wash fixtures on a DMX controller, controllable RGB vault lighting and a 3 × 10 m stage made of 2 × 1 m segments, 60–80 cm high. Its acoustics are tuned for concerts.

All capacities are preliminary and calculated without a stage, so small deviations may occur.

Classroom layout and furniture

For training sessions where learners take notes or work through materials, a classroom layout fits – everyone sits at a table. Theatre-style rows are enough for a lecture, keynote or product presentation, while a cabaret layout suits group work and discussion.

The centre has 800 chairs and 60 mobile tables; the tables fold away. Arranging the in-house furniture theatre-style is included in the hire, and a classroom or cabaret layout is agreed to suit your programme.

Extra furniture, stands or structures can be ordered through our partners: Renginio partneris rents out indoor furniture, and Ink Idea produces stands, scenography, graphics and photo walls. Baltas Dažnis can add video projection, sound or lighting and look after technical service, while 361 Forma can take over the concept and coordination of a training event from A to Z.

Coffee breaks, lounges and the building

Coffee breaks and buffet catering for seminars are prepared by Gastrolės, a long-standing Tech Zity partner whose list of services also covers drinks, a bar, décor and barbecue. The campus also has a restaurant courtyard, where 8 restaurants and bars work together with Gastrolės.

Lounge 1A (300 m²) has a seating area by the windows, next to the stairs to the second floor, and a reception desk by the Samsung wall – the first stop inside. Lounge 2A (220 m²) on the second floor looks onto the campus courtyard beneath wooden trusses, with the doors of Hall A at the far end, where a sponsor wall and screens stand during events.

The brickwork has stood since 1940, and in 1947 a sewing factory started work here. Rather than being demolished, the historic building was brought back to life under a sustainability strategy, through recycling and cutting CO₂ emissions. TechZity Events operates the centre.

Hackathons and presentations at any hour

These halls suit not only seminars and training but also hackathons and presentations. A hackathon can carry on through the night: the acoustics of the building hold sound inside, and events can take place at any time of day or night without disturbing the surroundings. The centre can also host conferences, exhibitions, company parties, gala dinners, private events and concerts.

For a large hackathon or training event you can book the whole centre: three conference halls and the common areas. This means private use of the entire building, with every hall, the lounges, the restaurant and the courtyard given over to one event of up to 1,000 participants, together with all the integrated Samsung equipment, integrated advertising screens for sponsor activations, backstage rooms and a dressing room. All 2,650 m² can be used for stands, installations and presentations.

The centre is at Panerių g. 43, and around it lies Tech Zity Vilnius, a campus for technology and the creative industries: 55,000 m², about 5,000 specialists every day, 4 green courtyards, co-living, and a health and sports club.
