Space for an exhibition or a fair – the whole centre

For a larger exhibition or trade fair you can book the entire building as a private buy-out of the centre. Your event takes over all three conference halls, the orangery, the lounges, the restaurant and the courtyard: 2,650 m² in total and up to 1,000 attendees at a single event. These figures are preliminary and calculated without a stage, so slight variations are possible.

The buy-out also brings all the integrated Samsung equipment of halls A, B+C and D, plus backstage rooms and a dressing room for speakers or the event team. For a smaller showcase you can book a single space: Large Hall A or the orangery with the courtyard.

For example, registration can be set up in Lounge 1A, the sponsor zone by the doors of Hall A in Lounge 2A, the main display in Large Hall A and outdoor exhibits in the orangery and the courtyard. When the whole centre is reserved, the exhibition can run alongside a conference or a programme of talks in the other halls.

Large Hall A – a column-free exhibition hall

Hall A offers 470 m² under a 7-metre vault of 1947 wooden trusses. There are no columns, so no supports get in the way of the rows of stands or the flow of visitors, and the timber vault becomes a backdrop for the display. Without furniture the hall holds up to 570 visitors, or 355 at high tables.

For presentations the hall has a 3 × 10 m stage made of 2 × 1 m segments (60–80 cm high), a Samsung 2.5 mm LED screen (6.7 × 3.8 m) with AVoIP control and up to six 65-inch repeater screens. Sound comes from an 8-speaker system, and light from 12 wash fixtures with a DMX controller and controllable RGB vault lighting.

The hall is fitted with Shure microphones; 3 wireless microphones are included in the hire, and more channels are arranged per event. The hall acoustics are tuned for concerts, and the building keeps the sound inside without disturbing the surroundings. The integrated sound, video and lighting equipment is included in the hall hire, as is arranging the in-house furniture theatre-style when a presentation needs seating; our partners can supply any extra production.

Lounges 1A and 2A – registration and sponsors

Lounge 1A (300 m²) is the first stop inside: the reception desk by the Samsung wall, a seating area by the windows and the stairs to the upper floor. Visitors and exhibitors can be welcomed and checked in at the desk.

Lounge 2A (220 m²) is the upstairs lounge, with windows onto the campus courtyard and wooden trusses. At its far end are the doors of Hall A, where a sponsor wall and screens stand during events.

Integrated advertising screens are part of the rental, and when the whole centre is booked they serve sponsor activations.

The orangery and courtyard for an outdoor display

The orangery is a transparent-canopy pavilion about 10 m wide (390 m²) beside the factory building, with a green courtyard (300 m²) next to it. Outdoor events here take up to 550 guests, the space has outdoor power connections and rigging points, and in the evening the pavilion glows, keeping the display visible after dark.

Mobile outdoor speakers can be added as an extra. Outside the summer season, hire of the pavilion is agreed for each event. Pavilions, tents, indoor and outdoor furniture, umbrellas, heaters and festoon lights are available from Renginio partneris.

An exhibition in a historic building

The centre occupies a historic building – a legendary former sewing factory brought back to life: its masonry has stood since the 1940s, and the factory began work here in 1947. The project follows a sustainability strategy: no demolition, recycling and reducing CO₂ emissions. The centre is operated by TechZity Events and, besides exhibitions, is designed for conferences, company parties, gala dinners, private events and concerts, as well as hackathons, training sessions and launches.

Around it lies Tech Zity Vilnius, a 55,000 m² tech and creative industries campus: around 5,000 specialists every day, 4 green courtyards, co-living and a wellness and sports club. After a day at the exhibition, visitors and exhibitors can head to the restaurant courtyard, where Gastrolės is joined by 8 restaurants and bars.
