Choosing a banquet hall in Vilnius

The right banquet hall depends on the number of guests and the evening programme. Large Hall A – 470 m² under a 7-metre vault with no columns – is meant for the largest banquets and for gala dinners with a programme on stage.

Medium Hall B+C suits a dinner for up to 140 guests. It is made up of Halls B and C: the movable partition between them lets you join both into a single 250 m² space with a stage and a 5,760 × 3,240 mm LED screen. It also has up to four repeater screens, a 6-speaker sound system, 4 wash fixtures and RGB vault lighting.

Smaller banquets fit into the separate halls. Hall C (140 m²), with its black-wall scenography, is designed for meetings, presentations and intimate discussions, but it can also seat guests at dinner tables; it has a 130-inch mobile Samsung LED screen, a 2-speaker sound system and 2 Shure microphones. The compact Hall B (110 m²) has a 5.8 × 3.2 m LED wall, a stage, a 4-speaker sound system and 2 repeater screens.

A gala dinner with a programme on stage

For the gala programme, Hall A has a 3 × 10 m stage and a Samsung 2.5 mm LED wall (6,720 × 3,780 mm) with AVoIP control. The stage is assembled from 2 × 1 m segments and stands 60–80 cm high, and the hall also has up to six 65-inch repeater screens.

Speeches and music run through an 8-speaker sound system, and the acoustics are tuned for concerts. The lighting consists of 12 wash fixtures run from a DMX controller, and the vault can be lit with controllable RGB lighting. If the programme includes a concert, rigging points in the centre can carry up to 500 kg.

With the full buy-out, every hall, the lounges, the restaurant and the courtyard are reserved for one event, together with all the integrated Samsung equipment of Halls A, B+C and D. Guests come in through the main entrance under the SAMSUNG Conference Centre sign, and registration can take place in Lounge 1A by the Samsung wall, which also has a seating area by the windows. Lounge 2A on the second floor, with windows onto the campus courtyard and wooden trusses, leads to the doors of Hall A, and performers get backstage rooms and a dressing room.

Integrated advertising screens serve sponsor activations, and during the event a sponsor wall and screens are set up by the doors to Hall A.

Catering and bar by Gastrolės

Banquet catering at the centre is organised by Gastrolės, a long-standing Tech Zity partner. Their services include gala dinners, buffet catering, coffee breaks and barbecue.

For the evening, Gastrolės provides drinks and the bar, and décor can be ordered together with the catering.

Buffet catering works for a reception before the dinner, and coffee breaks for the daytime part if the banquet follows a conference.

Private events

For a private event you can choose the orangery and the courtyard, which take up to 550 guests outdoors. The transparent-canopy pavilion (about 10 m wide, 390 m²) stands by the factory building, the green courtyard covers 300 m², and in the evening the pavilion glows.

Outside the summer season, the pavilion hire is agreed for each event. Outdoor power points and rigging points are available, and mobile speakers for outdoor sound are offered as an additional service. Heaters, umbrellas, festoon lights, extra tents and indoor or outdoor furniture can be hired from Renginio partneris.

For a smaller circle of guests, the smaller halls are available – B, C or the combined B+C. When you need the entire building, the centre can be booked privately, with every hall, the lounges and the courtyard reserved for your event alone.

Banquet venues in a historic Vilnius building

The banquet halls are set in a historic former sewing factory, now brought back to life. The masonry of the building dates from the 1940s and the sewing factory operated here from 1947; today the 2,650 m² centre has three conference halls and common areas. The old building was not demolished: the project followed a sustainability strategy, recycling and cutting CO₂ emissions.

The building stands on the 55,000 m² Tech Zity Vilnius campus for tech and creative industries in Naujamiestis, and the operator of the centre is TechZity Events. The campus has 4 green courtyards, co-living and a wellness and fitness club, with around 5,000 professionals on site every day.

In the campus restaurant courtyard, 8 restaurants and bars operate alongside Gastrolės. Sound stays inside the building, so events in the halls can run around the clock – a banquet can carry on into the night without disturbing the surroundings.

What banquet hall hire includes

Banquet hall hire covers the event space, the integrated sound, video and lighting equipment, an event coordinator and cleaning before the event. You also get the common areas and the integrated advertising screens.

Three wireless microphones are included, and if you need more, the integrated sound system supports extra channels – this is arranged per event. The hire also includes the in-house furniture arranged theatre-style.

The centre has 60 folding mobile tables along with 800 chairs.
